Our application is a two-part process. You can download the first part
below. Once completed, mail it into our office. Your application
will be reviewed carefully and prayed over. A telephone interview
will be conducted and if accepted part two of the process will be sent to you.
Fill it out and mail it back. Once everything is approved a move in date will be
assigned.
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read and print out the application. You can get the free reader at www.adobe.com. |
